[Resolved]  Vodafone — Handset Inbuilt Games charges

I have never requested any services from Vodafone. But they are simply charging me with no reasons. In the past also I have lost my Vodafone topup balance. Today I got a message stating that I have been charged 25 rupees for Handset Inbuilt Games. I have never requested such services and I don’t want that. Vodafone is simply deducting my balance. Please refund my balance.

I am frustrated with the Vodafone idea services. I am charged for Handset inbuilt games and Telsync games ...all without my consent. I need the urgent resolution of this. Please help

I haven't activated any handset inbuilt games in my Vi sim. But amount of RS.25 as been deducted without any confrimation.
please deactivate such things...
I dont know why VI network has been so worst...

Vodafone deducted money from my balance for something i haven't requested or agreed to. I got this message;

I and my brother have charged same 25 rs since many months

Getting charged ₹25 everytime i recharge on my phone, saying i activated some inbuilt games
