I was purchased a new VI sim card last month with a 499 unlimited plan. This month I got my first bill of Rs 1787. I have logged a complaint in customer care and asked for an itemize bill. As per customer executive I was called on 5555555555555555555555666666 on 7th Oct 2020 at 11:49 and call duration is 124 minutes They are not providing any details of this number.

Basis the feedback received from our respective team, call was done against number 5555555555555555555556666666 as per details. Hence the number is taken as short code 555555% which converts into special number.
Hence, charges are applied as Rs.9/min for 124 minutes
Please note that, charges for special numbers are calculated at a premium rate per minute bringing your premium charges.
