Vodafone Idea — Charges levied after ported out of the network

Dear Sir/Madam

This is in regard to my phone no. [protected] (complaint no.[protected] for which I have been charged 1317/- after porting out of the network whereas my plan was of monthly rental 299/- only. When asked for the charges to the customer care they are saying they have charged for prime video subscription without my consent. They themselves have admitted on mail that the prime video subscription was deactivated then also it was charged on my bill. I have been receiving messages for the payment as per MNP regulations else my no. Will be blocked.

This is my permanent and official number if blocked that will cause damage to my work and personal life as it is registered everywhere.

When complained to the company they are negotiating to refund 250/- only while they charged 1317/- how is it negotiable when charged wrongfully and I am the one facing the threat of disconnection of the number. This is pure a type of extortion. Besides being a post paid customer I had to port out due to poor service and connectivity issues. Please arrange full reversal and nil outstanding on my bill to avoid disconnection and continue to use my number also Rs. 5000/- compensation for illegally charging on deactivated service and violation of MNP rules.
