Vodafone Idea Limited — Cheated on the name of 4G services | |||||
Hi, My vi number is [protected] VI is not providing promised data speed after recharge. It is getting so bad just after 2 days of recharge that it is providing 59 kbps speed. It is too low speed that some speed testing websites cannot be loaded on this speed. I think vodafone support services are bad too, i cannot easily complaint about it and it also forces me to update its vi app. Its app consume data too much and their own app cannot be installed in this speed. I have list more than 3000 rs in last few month recharge, prior to that it was some what ok, now it is too bad that some time i get 0.02 kbps as speed under 4G. I recorded the video for Speedtest. One can see how bad it is. Also, it is not device issue, it worked absolutely fine first two days after recharge and usually after two or three days later it starts creating problem and it remains same till plans over. My current plan is 299 recharge that offer 4gb per day, you can see it shows only 300 mb is used. I think there must be some regulations on it. If possible please send a copy of it to TRAI too.
