Vodafone Idea — unauthorised charges of rs 8 | |||||
I have been charged fir rs 8 on 11 november for rs 8 and after complaining to the customer care team of idea vodafone i have not received the refund as i dont have any data balance then why would i subscribe for a service of buffering at video given in the attachment please ask them to refund my money at the earliest. Idea customer service has been deduction my talktime balance time and again and they have deducted it again from my talktime. Please try ti file aciurt case against this comoany for unauthorised charges deduction without my consent and without my subscription for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
