Vodafone India — 35 corporate cug lines blocked by vodafone on a false dnd complaint since 10 days without any information | |||
Vodafone without any prior information has temporarily disconnected our (Aalliance transcare) 35 mobile phones on a false dnd complaint received by them and now are expressing helplessness and not responding to any emails, phones etc. The last self explanatory email to their final escalation (Rm - team leader - vre escalation - process manager - head escalations) as mentioned below: "hello meghna dube - process manager, There is no response on below except that your concerned dept. Requires explanation which in spite of extending thrice in writing they are just passing the buck and coming back with same revert. Your attention is urgently required on following: 1. Please give us an 'alternate number' to interact and register 9820xxxxx7 as the authorised number till then so as to at least interact with the rm. 2. Can you please suggest what should one do if the authorised signatory number is also temp disconnected how someone can reach your relationship team the next escalation is not taking our calls?? 3. Explanation on dnd raised by you : We have very categorically informed you that the number which the dnd complainant has referred has"only called with regards with their consignment if any. No shares related marketing or any telemarketing call whatsoever was ever made". We or our representative do not have any business with shares marketing. The number in context is 'used by our delivery associate' and 'we need to inform & communicate our customers or their representative where we are delivering their cargo' as we are in express cargo and transportation business. We also declare we are suffering temp disconnection due to a false complaint which we have clarified has not been solicited by the said number and if called it must have been purely for discourse of bonafide communication and not as indicated or reported. Please help as our entire business is at stand-still. Now if it explained and well escalated can we have our temporarily disconnected numbers re-activated today. Thanks & regards, Their vodafone social media was approached on twitter they too are basically doing lip service thru their automated channel expressing concern from last one week no resolution. Finally we approached the vodafone mumbai nodal desk officer on aug 23rd who assured resolution in 24 hrs and then again 24hrs and today again till end of the day 1800 hrs has yielded no resolution. We are loosing our customers, our reputation, revenue due to an uncertain kind of approach shown by vodafone which is sabotaging our business and decimating us in name of trai & dnd on the basis of false complain.
