[Resolved] Vodafone India — 4g upgrade issue | |||
I have activated my vodafone number [protected] from safe custody on 19th dc 2018. I have been following up with vodafone team to get my sim upgraded to 4g however no one is able to help me in this regard. I did visit vodafone store kharadi 5-6 times.. Did chat almost every day since 23rd dec till date, have called customer care multiple times however no response and no one is able to understand the issue and not willing to help. The team has already activated 4g data plan however as sim is 3g sim, i am not able to consume 4g speed and i really don't understand how can they activate 4g data plan when sim was 3g and why it was not identified at that time? I am using this number since 2005 (Almost 14 years now) when it was bpl later changed to hutch and now vodafone. If this is how you treat your loyal customer then i am sorry to say but i have run out of patience and i am already thinking of porting options. Was this information helpful? | |||
