Madam/sir, I accepting the link available at my vodafone sim for the offer 30p per minute for 56 days by charging rs.32 and got 5 times debit and my balance in negative i. E. Dr. Rs.113/-. I contacted over phone with service centre from that date i. E. 01/11/2017 and ensured by them that your problem would be resolved shortly. But lastly i went to service centre at vashi which is situated near rly station vashi and my problem heard at counter no. A (My queue no.259) and told by them such type of problem would be sorted only by charging the excess amt. Of this negative balance. This loss would be beared by you. I ask simply that when i will recharge with excess amount than the facility of 30p per minute is provided me upto 5 times of 56 days i. E. 280 days. Then she replied in negative form. I again asked him this problem is due to your software lackness and this problem should be resolved at your end. If in future such type of debit amount may be raised and every time i will bear such loss again and again and also told her that this will better to us to switch in any other service provider. After hearing my thought she told me you are free to switch any other service provider. This problem will not sort out at our end.
