Sir,
I am customer of vodafone from many years. I had postpaid card number [protected] from my employer company. Now company change rules so i have to require change plan postpaid to prepaid. When i went vodafone store they asked to pay dues which i was ready to pay. But they also asked to choose particular recharge for require to change postpaid to prepaid. This is totally disagreement. This is totally unfairness seen to consumer that they have to select recharge plan if they want to same number with same company.
I need co-opration from company if it value it's valuable customer. Other wise many customer will move to other telecom company if they suitable there
