Hello sir / madam, My number is [protected] i faced lots of problem after re activate my corrupt sim card. I am trying to complaint about that to your executives but they don’t response me they didn’t resolve my problem about network and my message sending and receiving problem. I am postpaid customer of Vodafone and Vodafone is activating services by their own choice. I think this is fooling customer and earning money.
It needs to penalize under customer act.
