Vodafone India — activated juiceup pack without my consent | |||||
Hi there; My vodafone mobile no. Is [protected] and my name is srinivas kamath I received an sms on 25th may 2020 at 14:22 saying "juiceup pack is now active on my number as requested." I have not activated this service and rs. 75 have been deducted from my balance regarding the same as a rental for 15 days. I immediately deactivated the service as per details provided by the message as to how to deactivate it and within next 15 mins the service got deactivated but the rs.75 charged have not been credited back. I am seeing similar complaints by other vodafone users in this forum and feel that vodafone should solve this technical glitch Or is it some way of charging their own customers illegaly during lockdown period all over india and no vodafone customer can go to any vodafone service store to solve this issue.
