[Resolved] Vodafone India — activation of red plan on their own/without any information/want a prepaid | |||
Without any intimation my monthly plan was raised from Rs .25/= to 99/=.When I enquired they said the govt. asked them to increase;.then I agreed.Now without any intimation my plan was changed to Rs.499/= Red plan, for which I never asked for.When I went and asked for the reason they said they would revert to the 99 plan on 22.08.2014 and till yesterday nothing happened;( my bill date every 20th ).they also agreed for a change to prepaid.(service registration nos.[protected] &[protected] registered on 22.08.2014).After 2 days of this I received a call from vodafone executive and I requested him to "release " me from postpaid to prepaid and the reply he gave me looked as if I was at his mercy;(he said, he would see my previous bills and decide).God knows why the vodafone executives decide for me. When I approached them yesterday they said that my plan still is Red 499.They made me to beg them for a change in my plan and to switch over to prepaid.Once, the customer care person told me that she will try to revert my plan to 99 and I should stick to postpaid or else I should pay 499 and then change.FANTASTIC LOGIC AND GREAT CHEATING, I said.Now I am fed up and have no energy to go further in this regard. I request you to allow me to switch over to prepaid. My postpaid no. is [protected]. The customer care I approached is at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.Tamil Nadu. Poor soul, v nandakumar.
