Vodafone India — activation of sim basic red | |||
I am a senior citizen. I was having vodafone basic connection since december 2013 on 6/03/2018 i visited vodafone store aundh road, khadki, pune. I wanted get upgrade connection to red basic. As per advise of vodafone employ of store i cleared the bill rs 650/- up to 6/03/2018 i was given 4-g sim. It was told by vodafone rep. It will be activated in 24 hrs. I contacted customer service on 8/03/2018 at [protected] but failed to get any positive reply. I am not having any connectivity since last two days i am a aggrieved customer of vodafone the way i got poor service from the vodafone india is part of world's second-largest mobile phone company vodafone u. K. Please note if things are not resolved, i would not have any other option shift other mobile operator. I am furnishing details soumendra narayan das mobile no.
