[Resolved] Vodafone India — activation o[censored]nsubscribed services/ plan | |
My wife was a postpaid vodafone ([protected]) customer from last few years and vodafone thieves were charging me huge amount under title of vas (Value added services) and whenever i called their customer care these guys just promised me to deactivate these vas services from next month (I use basic phone, though), which never happened so finally i discontinued vodafone and ported to airtel prepaid. Still after few days of porting, vodafone sent me bill with vas charges, i tried to call their customer care but abruptly their customer care guys hang up the call. Now i am getting frustated about their excess bill. Was this information helpful? | |
