Vodafone India — activation of vas services without permission | |
I had sent an inquiry to vodafone a few months ago. Basically i had been charged 1000 for some services which got activated at random, without my permission. This happened dec 8, 2017. Phone num is [protected] I immediately canceled the services and called vodafone to cancel my service. For some strange reason, the services got canceled, but my number was still active. You can check that there is no activity after dec 10. I would like to review this bill - i can pay till dec 10 for the basic service. I do not wish to pay for the additional services as it was not activated by me - and if you check on the internet, you will find multiple complaints about this. Was this information helpful? | |
