Vodafone India — after port intimating for outstanding bill which cleared already before port into other operator | |
Hi, actually i had ported my num from voda to airtel few months ago. When i generated the port code voda operator intimated that before porting have to pay outstanding bill then they issue noc to airtel later i will allow to get airtel as my operator but after so many months they intimated to airtel to stop my services because i had not submitted some outstanding bill. If i had not paid how airtel n voda allowed me that time to switch my num in new operator later on as it's lockdown n services they intimated me will soon stop also forced me to make payment which i made on 10.05.2020 i would like please check as per my best knowledge they done a wrong declaration to me. I want clarification from vodafone and if it's found correct asap reimbursement should be made. Was this information helpful? | |
