Vodafone India — alternate number, call drop, internet problem | |||
I am using vodafone services since last 4 months.in this period there i was asked to pay another mobile number as my number was marked as alternate number for that number. My number was blocked as the payment was not made and i had to immediately rush to vodafone center for making payment. I had also occurred business loss as my number was not available during this period. Now the issue is being created by vodafone again by demanding payment for another number which is registered on corporate name. I have put up several mails to vodafone appellate authority for specifying on the corporate name on whose name that number is registered. But they are just mentioning that its registered on corporate name. I am facing this mental torture from last 2 months and on top of that every day and every calls are getting dropped. There is so much frequent network issue that i am not able to do proper voice call. Not only voice calls but this is the same problem with their internet. I vow that henceforth i will never be a customer of vodafone and will ensure whosoever is the current subscriber of vodafone will request him to port out immediately by explaining how unethical approach this company is using towards its customers.
