This is to inform you that last friday i e 19th may there was deduction done from my main balance. I called upto vodafone customer care and informed them about this so they informed that it was deducted because i had exhausted my internet pack, but this was not the case i had internet pack active but 50% was used and rest was available. I tried explaining this to the customer service agent thrice but they didn't listen and said that it was deducted because of internet usage. Now i received a message for feedback on which i gave a zero so i received a call from the feedback team on monday i.e 22nd may and i explained them the same so the person said that yes it was so technical issue from which the balance was deducted and internet balance was available and he said in 30 mins i will receive my balance but i never got it back till today. I also gave the feedback team a 10 for feedback but never got my 72 rupees back. Now when i call customer care i never reach the customer agent it seems they have barred my number. If you cannot help customers then dont commit. Today again my balance is deducted inspite of net pack activated i am so tiered i need my money back i just recharged for 250 yesterday and 20 rupees is left .
