Vodafone India — amount deducted from account without consent | |
Date of incident: 21/11/2019 I get a message that rs. 49 has been deducted from my account although i did not do any such activation. I demand that my money be refunded right away. I raised the complaint with vodafone at twitter immediately within minutes. Asking them to stop the service and refund my amount. Today, 05/12/2019, after repeated followups over twitter and getting the same response, gauri from vodafone informed me that their system is showing that the amount was charged because of an app download. If i did download, why would i request a refund and raise the complaint immediately? Also, it is not my fault vodafone's system is erroneous. What about consumer rights, trust, and values? Also for a matter of rs 49, why is this taking so long time? Was this information helpful? | |
