[Resolved] Vodafone India — amount deducted without consent rs. 350+

I was away for most of the october and i hardily switched on the sim. Today, i recharged the phone and then came to realize that my current balance dropped drastically from rs. 401 to rs. 29. I called customer care and they said that i activated some music and bla bla and got repeated deduction. I did not activate any service last month and an amount of more than rs. 350 got deducted. This is highly unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Kindly revert back the balance.

Updated by sanosji Still facing same issues. Attachment containing the balance of two different dates. I have not activated any service. Deductions are neither shown in Vodafone nor in TRAI app. Called customer care services many times but no action is being taken till now. Urge immediate action.
