Vodafone India — appalling service from nodal officers at vodafone | |||
I have been complaining to vodafone regarding poor network & coverage in andheri east i am facing for a while now. Upon countless calls made to their customer care, i decided to escalate the matter to the nodal desk & appellate office as there was no improvement in network. I really fail to understand how different or efficient the nodal officers are meant to be because they're experts at promising something and failing to deliver as per their promise. I have been emailing them daily as every time i call them, some new officer comes on the phone and it becomes difficult to keep a tab of which officers i have spoken to over the past week. Every time i send them an email i receive an automated reply where they mention to respond within 24 hours.
