Vodafone India — automatic vas activation and debit to balance

In last 3 days two vas services automatically activated on my number.
27th dec - games portal pack - deducted rs.35/-
29th dec - vodafone health services - deducted rs.14/-
I did not activate any of this and deactivated said services on day of activation.
Refund my balance and do not activate any vas services on my number.
