Subscribed to VAS WITHOUT consent

20th July 2022; This is the second time i have been subscribed to a Value added service without my consent. The Customer care exec blacklisted all VAS on my number this time and refunded the money, is what hes saying. Im yet to check. I DID NOT give the double consent as he claims the company asks for and this is predatory behaviour. I know for sure that if this happens to my parents they will not waste 45 mins trying to deactivate the service...

I had recharged my Vodafone number [protected] for the 719rs plan
on 18th of july 2022, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from vi confirming the recharge but net banking showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.719 is [protected].I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

    My international roaming is not working since 60 days and no one from Vodafone is able to resolve my issue.They are not giving me new sim.My network latching issue has been looked into by 50 People from Vodafone but no one could resolve.I am paying 528 rupees per month and they are forcing me to pay unnecessary bill as well.
    Please resolve my issue.

      Vodafone deducted rs 35 from my account for accessing handset games and telesync games.

      You have been charged Rs. 25 "

      You have been charged Rs. 10"

      I received these messages on 15 June 2022 and 19 July 2022 respectively. I haven't availed any such services and would like to be excluded from such unnecessary deductions in the future.

        I did not subscribe for telsync games but my Vodafone balance is deducted rs 10 for every 10d days once deactivate my service and refund the amount which u have deducted

          I an using Vodafone sim and they are charging me for some game world access which I am not aware about ane this is not first time, they did same thing last month with me and when I tried to contact customer care, I was not able to reach because they don't give chance to reach. Very bad company behaviour. I cancelled all the value addes services and subscriptions last month and today, they again did it.
          Please Vodafone India stop looting Indian Customers.

Actually I have recharged plan 199. I have main balance 1 and above. I can't send port msg. Customer care also not helping to me

                        I recently ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to jio.I got msg to clear my outstanding due of R.s91.Even though I have paid the amount still my outgoing services are barred .I contacted jio customer care .they informed that when payment details will be updated to jio from Vodafone, then only my services will be resumed.I will attach screenshot of payment .It is causing lot of harrasment

                          I am regular post paid customer of Vodafone since last 20 years and in current month bill of June-2022 the company added rs.27 as Valuaded Service, I never demand for this service so pl deduct rs.27 from my current bill and issue me a new bill for submit necessary payment

                            I am Port out from Airtel to Vodafone From Date 25/06/2022,

                            My Plan is 1299 family Plan in 5 Numbers,

                            my problem is from day onwards only 4 numbers are added in family plan & 1 number is not added. I was too much call to Vodafone & raise complaint but didn't resolve yet.

                            I am every day calling & going to the store but they didn't support me & not given any reply. every day they commit to me revert me inform in one hour but they cant call or reply me.

                            I have complaint to him but without solution they were closed my complain.

                            now days my secondary no in no received any SMS. without massages I am not able to financial transactions.

                            my major issues is if generate access bill, who can bare ???

                              I have been incorrectly charged for Games World though I never requested nor asked for the activation. Every now and then they will charge for CallerTunes Activation though I never request that, this is loot and cheating

                                  Not allowing me to deactivate my postpaid sim despite continued follow updates and they charged me even though I wasn't using the sim and sent me a legal notice for not paying it. Even though they made me run around for a month just to cancel this sim.

                                    It's been more than 15 days since my number have been blocked without any prior notice by the company. I even had the recharge of 719 Rs. And when I visited Vi store for the 3rd time they told me even they don't know what is the reason that their company blocked the number. I called their customer care number and they said we don't have any information.                                       I am Abdullah Sande was employee of RBL Bank Ltd . I left bank in Jan 2020. I have vodafone post paid card. After relieve of bank. I requested many times to transfer card in my name. I also visited VI care centres and submit all require documents to vi care centres at sangli also in kolhapur cities.
                                      Still my card is not transferred in my name. I am old customer. No body care of me. From yesterday dated 10 july my card is having no network. I am upset with vodafone service. Vodafone care should have to penal. And this company is responsible for all my losses.
