Vodafone India — bad network service indoor and outdoor | |||||
From last 2 -3 months i have been facing the network issue and there are call drops and call failure for which i had raised a complaint with vodafone (Complaint number:[protected]. Vodafone is not able to resolve the problem. On requesting for the compensation the just waived rs.295 where as my billing plan itself is of rs.399 and considering the problem from past 2-3 months i should be getting the total of rs. 1197 + taxes. Also they further don't have any resolution for this. Request you to kindly look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
