[Resolved] Vodafone India — bad response from customer care | |||
Dear sir / madam I have already called to vodafone customer care but i cant get proper answer from customercare executive and call transfer to another executive but my problems is not solved o[censored]n necessary sms received after call disconnect. I request you for improve your customers service because i have called regarding un necessary sms deactivate but i cant get proper answer from your customers service and till now i am dissatisfied and my query is not solved of sms deactivate. They send a message on alternative number asking me to call on 59059 from Vodafone number to activate Vodafone SIM. But there is no network in Vodafone SIM so how am I supposed to call?
