Vodafone India — balance deduction

Hello sir, I'm Ritu Ghunawat. I had around 25 rs in my vodafone no account but they deducted 22 rs on 5 September 2018 for some content downloading (as they say) inspite of me having an unlimited internet pack. Then again they deducted the remaining 3 rs for net usage when I already have a net pack. I called the customer care several times and everytime they say your balance will be refunded in next 8 hours but this doesn't happen at all. Earlier also Vodafone deducted balance from my account but I don't remember the exact amount and details that's why I'm not mentioning that here but this time as I have all the details I'm writing this. Please look into this issue and kindly resolve this.
