Vodafone India — Behaviour of Supervisor and Manager of Collection Agency | |||
I am working as a field officer in Vodafone Collection Agency named RGA, Ahmedabad. The supervisor and Manager both are very rude person and they do not know how to behave with their employees. They are mentally pressuring on us to make receipt more n more. To make receipt is not a magic. We can't force customer to give me payment. It is upto customer if he or she wants to pay direct he/she can. They also make a rule that minimum 20 receipt should be made. Thereafter you will get incentive. I I have a doubt that they are pressuring on executive to make a receipt it means they get hefty commission for it and then they do not pass on it to executive. They keep incentives with themselves. For example, they are making rule for minimum 20 receipts to enter in to get incentive but if any executive fail to do and make 15 receipts, they do not pass incentive and they keep his incentives illegally. I think vodafone company gives incentive per receipt to the executive, whether he make one receipt or 50 receipts. Also they are saying you are like a courier boy. you have to be shame for not making receipt. And Supervisor making a taunt on me for forgetting my liner at office.
