Vodafone India — big liar and unauthorized international charges | |||||
In corporate plan, they told you that your limit is set to rs 1000 and if limit is crossed then your further usage will be stopped and you will charge rs 1000 only. I am charged bill around rs 10, 000 in which they have put charges of rs 8362 for 34 mb. First of all how international roaming is still active when i have recharged for one month only in two months back. Second how they can cross my limit and make a huge bill. Third no single site is accessed over internet on my phone and also no symbol of internet is shown on my mobile so how they can charge the amount rs 8362 for 2g 34 mb.
