Vodafone India — Bill and customer skills | |||
Hello The wonderful team at vodafone, who have made a simple issue a disaster area. The problem when i activated a pack available in my vodafone app for extra 3gb. In the last 7 days my service has been disrupted several times and i had to call multiple times to get it fixed. Now i have been charged for all usage in the last month, although my total usage is 4.5gb which is less than my allocated 5gb. Although i have been calling so many times, not one person was able to fix this. It has taken over 7days since the issue started and now i am angry, frustrated and down right mad at the hollowness of the customer service that i have received. There is one person by the name farookh sheikh who was particularly rude. Below is the information shared on a recorded call. - supervisors and team leaders come to work only after 7am - name of the supervisor cannot be shared with the customer - although there are multiple employees who work with the same name, employee id cannot be shared with the customer. - he was a shame to your organisation. Every single person that i have spoken in the last 7 days was able to fix the issue. It has occurred everyday for the last 7 days. My bill has never been above 300 and now due to vodafone's billing error i have been sent a bill of 3000 and services barred. I want someone to look at this and call me back and let me know how will this be dealt with I want a resolution for this and needs to be a priority Rajesh Was this information helpful? | |||
