Vodafone India — bill payment done and balance deducted from bank account. but service not received got recharge failed error. | |||
I had done my vidafone postpaid bill payment from inditab.com on my phone number [protected] and money was deducted from my kotak bank account from more than 3 3 days.annd still my payment not done in vodafone and my money is not refunded in my bank account. and while doing bill payment it shows payment successful but recharge failled.it is showing payment status payment 1150 received by inditab ! Order ID -INDRC[protected] Payment ID -[protected] i had made postpaid payment then why your site it is giving error recharge status. recharge of vodafone mobile is failled. also got error if recharge failled and money deducted from bank account then refund will come within 48 hrs. and as per my knowladge it happened 4 days still my money is not refund my bank account. I still tried to contact inditab but they are always busy and not responding to it. Was this information helpful? | |||
