Vodafone India — billing for a number that i had unsubscribed a month ago | |||
I had subscribed to vodafone number [protected]. Vide mail dated july 14, 2018, i had sent a mail to vodafone customer care requesting for (1) changing my billing mail id from my official to personal, mail id and (2) immediate deactivation of vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected]. Before sending the said mail, i had attended the vodafone store near my residence at veera desai road, andheri west, mumbai-400053 and the mail was sent as asked by the executives in the said store. On the same day i received a mail from vodafone customer care confirming that, "regarding no. [protected], we wish to inform you that your request will be processed at the following id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com, which has already been forwarded by us". Inspite of the same, vodafone has sent me a bill of inr 588.82 which has hit my credit card and will be paid as well. When i visited the vodafone store today i. E. 18.08.2018 at 10.30 am and met vodafone executives mr. Kaynath and his manager ms. Priya, they rudely stated that because i had sent the mail from personal mail id and not official mail id, the billing was correct and rudely refused to acknowledge the mail from vodafone mentioned above. When i requested for mail id of a vodafone appellate authority, both mr. Kaynath and ms. Priya behaved rudely with me and refused to provide any such details nor where these details displayed at the vidafone store. I can provide documentary evidence, if required. Without being verbose, i request for a refund of inr 588, 82 wrongly billed to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
