[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing issue - looting money on roll over data. | |||
I am postpaid (Basic plan - 20gb) customer of vodafone from long 3 years in karnataka circle. They have the option to carry forward data till 200gb from corresponding months. I had my carry forwarded data & i used that too (Around 35 gb) in a single month. Bill generated by saying you have monthly 20gb data & you used 35gb data. So additional cost will be rs20/gb data of 15gb data. Wonder comes here, when i called customer care & asked how much data is credited for my account for this particular month, there reply is "we don't have option to see that".
