[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing issues | |
After every 6 months the post paid bill criterias change without any prior information. When i tried to discuss this with the customer service team they have no answer to this and asked to mail [protected]@vodafoneidea. Come... Have mailed theme but it's been 4 days but no response. It's horrible customer service.. Guess there is no option but to switch to another provider Was this information helpful? | |
