[Resolved] Vodafone India — cancel postpaid connection | |||
Hi, i would like to port my vodafone postpaid connection to any other prepaid connection as i am facing whole lot of issues with vodafone. I have frequent call drops, high tariff compared to my relatives who are on vodafone prepaid, poor customer service. I went to the vodafone store in kormangala and asked to convert my number to prepaid and they said that i will need to spend more money on prepaid than postpaid, which i know is a lie. Please help me with the outstanding bill so that i can easily port the number and have some peace of mind. Was this information helpful? | |||
