[Resolved] Vodafone India — change in plan without consent | |||
Hi team, I have noticed that for my vodaphone # [protected], my tariff plan has been changed recently without my consent. Please advise who has provided a nod for changing the plan.. If vodaphone don’t have a certain plan, ghey should atleast call and ask the customer for his consent, this is similar to bank withdrawing your money without your consent and just sending a message. Please check and help resolving this issue, would need a reversal of amount overpaid. Complaint #[protected] is registered via customer care. -gaurav Was this information helpful? | |||

They did the same to me, and when I asked them so the answer is if you don't agree then port your number [protected].
