[Resolved] Vodafone India — change of plan without any information | |||
Vodafone recently changed my plan without giving me any prior information. They changed my postpaid plan from rs 99 to 249. When i try to launch a complaint, they denied stating they have recently changed basic plan and they will change it for everyone. I asked for details and they denied giving me those, vodafone support (Deepa) denied to open a request for this stating they dont have any option. My prebious plan was 99 special plan. They changed it to super 249 Was this information helpful? | |||
