Vodafone India — change postpaid to prepaid | |||||
I am chaitali das metya, i have a postpaid vodafone connection. I want to convert it into prepaid connection but vodafone store refuse to do this. They are giving excuse. They are sending excessive bill to me which i cannot afford. I requsted them they are ignoring. Now i decide not to payment the due bill because already i told them many times. i have spoken with my icici bank credit card department as no problem from bank site..
