Vodafone India — Charged extra money and deactivated sim

It's more than two days no response from your side. Again today I am getting message from Vodafone that you have exhausted your data pack please activate data pack. Already in my active Internet pack it is showing that I have around 8000 mb data. Which was 6000mb earlier. Without any activation it rose. It seems you are charging me by activating services. Also all payments were done even though my another number [protected] got deactivated. I am getting calls and message of service request barring because of my new generated bill. 1) my previous bill was paid of 904/- rs was not updated in my current bill. 2) On 26 the of Sept I sent a request for 1gb add on pack which was not activated in given time duration, so that I called at customer care for activation of that plan, Customer Care executive told me my request will not get activate for 1gb 3g addon plan, and he told me to activate plan of rs 450. I did request for activation of rs 450 add-on plan by confirmation with him that my previous request will not get activate. Even though I requested 450rs add-on plan. It was also not got started. Again I called a customer care for an issue he told me to wait for some hours even though it doesn't work for me. After not getting activated any plan I requested for rs 650 add-on plan of 3gb data. Which was also not got started. On second day when I checked my active data service it was shown that I have 6gb 3g data. Which was before 3 days of my bill generation date. Even though confirmation from your customer care representative all three plan got activated. Also one of you customer care executive told me that it will automatically get deactivate on my bill cycle but pack is still active. I want to waiver all that data charges which are shown in my bill. And also my number got barred due to non payment of my previous subscriber. I paid the bill and went to Vodafone store to activate my services. He said within 4hrs my services got activated. After 4 hrs it wasn't enabled. When I went again to Vodafone store. They said they made mistake in sending mail two days my number was barred because of your issue. When I told about my second issue mentioned above they gave me this corporate email id and send mail to waiver my amount. All your customer care executives are saying different things. I am very much frustrated with your services. Within 2-3 months faced only barring of my services on every week. Either my bill not get weiver and my services got interrupt due to reaching credit limit because of that 3 gprs pack, now time I will definitely take a legal actions. I need solution asap. I am getting messages from Vodafone for paying remaining bill. As no response from your side since four days and no help from your Vodafone store I am not going to pay any bill of my numbers now onwards till the matter is not getting solved.
