Vodafone India — charged for sending mms - which I didn't
Hello good evening,
I am sonu singh, a prepaid customer of vodafone. My account has been charged for the services which i have not availed. (Mms service)
I just spoke to your one of your employee on 198 helpline. He spoke to me very rudely and didn't solve my problem. When i asked him to connect me to his manager/senior. He put my call on hold and just cut the call.
His name is shanawaz. You must teach your employees how to speak to customers and solve their problem.
If my problem is not solved then i am going to take legal action against you.
Looking for a prompt resolution to above mentioned problem.
