Vodafone India — charges for unwanted app activation | |
Dear team, This is to inform you that i am using vodafone post paid number [protected] more then 9 years now and instead of give me any previlage of being consistent customer i am being harrassed by team. Currently in such a epidemic situation where one should have the phone should be working smoothly but i am continuously listening pay your bill pay your bill... Which i think i have paid throughout 9+ year that is why vodafone had allowed me to make calls... But this time i have been charged for the facility (Amazon prime subscription) which was not even asked by me and vodafone haven't taken any consent from me by activating that on my number. I came to know about this facility when i saw my bill last month along with the charges.. Immediately i called customer care for the same and they deactivated the same and they told me to pay rest amount and they will waived off other charges... I made the actual bill payment but charges has not been waived off till now. I am really struggling to make calls as i have to listen message to make payment of that subscription which i have not asked. Also they have closed all my request to waived off these charges without giving any solution to it. Nit my outgoing is also barred and in this situation when i ma working from home due to covid19 i am taking all my meeting over the phone and using it for the internet connectivity so seeking your help to resolve this issue asap.
