I send a complaint threw e - mail, before 3 months, but till no improvement. Mob no:[protected]. Charging 3g/4g without giving network.

There is no 4g network in my house. It located southwest side of govt medical college nagercoil. Asaripallam.
Address.. Johnson nagar, near johnson saw mill. Asaripallam. Indra street last.
Take the necessary.

Based on the complaint feedback received from the concern team, i would like to inform you that our network engineers have already done a detailed survey at your location. Unfortunately, improving the network quality through an additional cell site or booster would not be possible at the moment due to various constraints. Until we arrive at a solution, we will continue to carry out regular network up-gradation activities in order to optimise the quality of our existing network.

At vodafone, our goal always is to ensure good network coverage, but at times there are factors beyond our control that may temporarily affect the network coverage in your vicinity. These may be:
