Vodafone India — cheated of bill 12000+25000 on two connections | |||
We have recieved a bill of 25000 + 12000 on two connections. Apparently we are one of your most premium customers so we were assigned a vodafone asst. (her number can be provided once we get a call)for years now. She came with a promise that we only needed to message her our requirements and it would be done. SHE FORGOT TO ACTIVATE OUR INTERNATIONAL PLAN and says oh sorry it was a mistake. So now we need to pay 25000 +12000 rupees for her mistake? The twitter team of Vodafone is useless they just call to understand the matter again and again. We have screen shots of messaging her and acknowledging of what needs to be done but she forgets or confuses for 4 days!! Why are we paying for her mistake? Such cheats vodafone! If premium customers are treated like that, how do you treat regulars? #PortingOut to #Jio immediately!
