[Resolved] Vodafone India — cheated | wrongfully charged roaming and activated packs without permission | |||||
I am an 8 year old user of this post paid service and recently feel very cheated by your poor service I activated i-roam free pack for 7 days via my app before boarding my flight for sri lanka on 17th november On reaching sri lanka, i switched on my phone and realized that roaming had not been activated. I immediately switched off my mobile data and still have been charged rs 5000 for data usage while roaming. And then 500/day charges were automatically activated starting 19th to 25th without my consent and while my mobile data continued to be switched off So - your on app roaming activation failed me - i was charged rs 5000 for data - charged 500/day without my consent - all of this without me able to use internet even one day of roaming as i was scared to switch on my data to incur more absurd charges from you - also you kept on increasing my credit limit from 5000 to 8000 without my consent so that my dues continue to increase This is very shady ethic and i feel frustrated and cheated even after being a high spending and loyal customer for so many years Please verify your satellite data and correct your bill. Else i will have to move to social media and consumer court and abandon my phone connection Was this information helpful? | |||||
