Vodafone India — complaint regarding bill payment

Dear subscriber,
In the bill of this month it is showing that my previous month's bill is due. But on 28th november, 2018 i have submitted the bill of previous month, but why it is showing as due bill? Please take the necessary step as soon as possible. I am sending the money receipt of bill

I am trying to reach you from a long time today but no one picking my call.

My account will expire tommorow for outgoing calls. I just now recharged my account still the expiration date is for tommorow.
