Vodafone India — Complaints about deactivation of vodafone postpaid card

Hi,
I am trying to deactivate this number from a long time, but my request is not being taken care.
Deactivation request has been send at the month of july 2016 with payed full payment.
Number is suspended before last 6 months.
But they dont taken action on my number.
Request you to please help me in this regards.
Please try to deactivate my number.
