Vodafone India — Convert postpaid connection into prepaid

I don't want continue on post paid, i need convert pre paid. My number is [protected].
My registration num. Is[protected]

For my personal reason i want to convert it in prepaid. I already paid my bill and more for thi process.

I connect vodafone care and they give me new sim card and wait for company call. But not yet any progress.

I am already complaint to customer care they didn't respond.
