Vodafone India — Conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid | |||||
Dear Team, Togay again a Vodafone store(Shakarpur) executive misguided on the topic of conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid. As per my trail E-mail I have already visited to same Vodafone store for conversion of my captioned mobile number. As per the telcom regulatory authority of India customer can change their connection from Postpaid to Prepaid and Prepaid to Postpaid anytime as their convenience. If the case of Postpaid to Prepaid conversion operator need to calculate bill on Pro rata basis & It should done by operator within 48 hours. but I Visited there twice of times and both times Vodafone executive misguided me against the law of telecom. They said it can be done after bill cycle (After preparation of bill) & when I again visited today after preparation of bill same executive attended me and said the bill has not been updated in the system hence he is not able to take the request for conversion but my bil has been already delivered on my email id today 16th March 2017 at 09:24 hrs of Rs.578.02.
