Vodafone India — couldn't stop value added service from vodafone | |||
I have raised a concern sometimes back for unauthorized deduction of amount due to valueaddedservice for my vodafone account. Though i had vas disabled long back, i called customer care and vas had been disabled from the customer service end too (Though, i had done this before from my end twice) but i am still getting messages for adding vas saying “due to low balance, indiansafari pack couldn’t be activated …” and so on… previously i was getting this sort of messages and my balances were deducted totally around rs 40 in last couple of week. After such continous deductions, my total balance came to zero and i recharged for some emergency calls and again some other packs were started activated. And i am afraid of recharge now. As you already aware of - this is against trai policies to deduct customer balance without any authorization though be it through vodafone or through any external third parties, that too after vas disabled. Kindly help me stop getting these messages because once i recharge, these services will start deduct money. And also pls refund earlier unauthorized deductions.
