[Resolved] Vodafone India — Customer agent lied about data plan | |||
I am so unhappy with your service. Last month when i was planning to port, i got a call from customer care that i have been given 299 plan in which i will be getting (700 min calls, 7 gb 3g data & 500 sms). So i thought of staying back as the plan is good and according to my needs. From past 2 days i am receiving message that i am using extra data. When i called customer care today they told me that my data pack is over and i have been charged extra for 900mb. He also told me that i have 2 gb 3g pack and rest 5gb is wifi pack. This was never communicated to me from your first customer care agent who gave me the offer. He lied to me that i will be getting 7gb 3g pack. Is this how you do business by cheating customers? Check my vodafone app screenshot. It never says that i have 2gb data pack. It clearly shows i have 7gb pack. As i trusted your customer care agent, there was no doubt in my mind to recheck. So many of my family members and friends use vodafone post paid connection. If you don't resolve my issue, i will make sure every one port out from this cheating company. I will also make sure everyone is aware of this kind of cheating by vodafone. I need resolution to this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
