I'm a customer to you guys from past i don't know how many years and i'm having a network issue from the month of january and since then i wanted to talk with retentions and i have been calling your call centres for about 8 to 10 times abbout the same everytime they simply ask me to wait for 24 hours. But on 21st april in night i again called to check about this and was talking with you guys and where the guys on phone very arrogant and then when i was talking about the same issue with your floor manager he said his name is srikant and then he was also arrogant and abusive and hung up over me. Then i called back once again but i was simply kept on hold for 30 minutes. Is this the customer service a customer who is paying you bills should get if yes then this is indeed the poorest service provider which doesn't even know how to respect customers emotions or feelings.
